I have been thinking a lot about the current crisis, particuarly the uncertainty around work that it brings, and what we can do to take something positive from it.
For that reason, I’ve decided to offer half hour laser coaching sessions, on a pay whatever you want basis. If you’re currently in isolation, this could be a chance to do something tangible and productive with the time.
One day we will move on, so let’s grab hold of this time and move on with a plan. I’m doing this on a PAYF basis in order to make it accessible to as many people as possible, no matter what your situation is.
What is laser coaching?
Laser coaching is a one off coaching session designed to target one area or issue in your life. It could be a challenge that’s been bugging you for a while, a task you always meant to get done or a frustration you need to get rid of. You won’t solve every issue in your life in one session, but you can expect to make a good dent in it.
Who is your coach?
Hello *waves* I’m Joanne and I am the UK’s most experienced media career coach, with almost 20 years’ experience in coaching. I work with people in media and creative industries to help them enjoy more successful and fulfilled working lives.
How to use your laser coaching session
Laser coaching sessions work best when you bring a single issue or question to the session. So think beforehand about what would make this time valuable and useful to you.
You could use the time to
- Get professional feedback on your CV or LinkedIn page – send them to me beforehand and I will help you polish and improve
- Work out how to use social media more effectively
- Make a plan of action to help you change your job
- Get going on that project you always meant to start
- Work out what’s stopping you from finishing that book you always meant to write
How to get started
